"Pasta Night" and other Fundraising Events - Sign Up Genius
MasukFBC has events throughout the season for our players, charitable organizations, and to help parents of players minimize the cost of participation. For these to be successful we need your help! OFF-SEASON LIFT / CONDITIONING SCHEDULE
We will use the google classroom for our off-season lifting/conditioning. Encourage all players to join. Give new prospects the class code. We need to grow our team.
Wear a white or red Masuk shirt and black shorts. Do not wear crocs, sandals, uggs, hats, bandanas.

The expectation is that every player will be at every lift. Attendance will be taken.
TEAM LIFTS WILL GET US TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL.
MULTI SPORT ATHLETES: THIS IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. The only excused absences will be if an athlete has practice/game for an in season sport during our team lift. Players of other sports will be excused from the lift on a game day but will still be expected to be in the weight room if there are no conflicts. Load and intensity may be adjusted for an in season athlete. Players with injuries are expected to be in the weight room for all team lifts.
ATHLETES WITH PERSONAL TRAINERS: Players are absolutely encouraged to lift and do speed camps on their own time as long as it does not conflict with a team lift. Being together as a team and going through all the same challenges is required. An athlete will not 'take it easy' or simply hang out because of work with a trainer.
APPOINTMENTS AND EXTRA HELP: Make sure you schedule all appointments around team lift. Please make sure you are using flex time/study halls/before school if you need extra help in school. KEEP YOUR GRADES UP!
